Sales Advisor Required for Our Swords Store

Established in 2000, Italian Tile & Stone Delivers bespoke solutions to the design and construction industries for their complete tiling needs.

Through our long standing relationships with the worlds leading tile  manufacturers we offer technically excellent, fresh, innovative materials

We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This full time position is available in the Swords store. Saturday work will be required……..

Some of the main duties will include:

Providing excellent customer service and advice in store

Ensuring store is maintained tidy and welcoming to customers

Placing and managing orders

Completing quotations for customers

Contacting suppliers

Processing all customer transactions

Updating in-house sales system

Maximising sales and achieving targets

Knowledge and Experience required:

3-5 years’ experience working in a customer focused environment

Good written and verbal communication Skills

Be able to deal with and advise customers in a friendly and professional manner

Be energetic and motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment

Be able to work on own initiative

Drive and ambition to complete tasks and meet deadlines

Basic IT skills

No previous experience in working in tile store required – Training will be provided
